Listed here are some of the events planned for this summer during the 350th anniversary of the incorporation of the Town of York. Saturday, June 15th
Old York's 350th "Private Home" House Tour
Visit 10 of York's private historic houses located in York Village, York Harbor, Cape Neddick and Cider Hill. Narrated Trolley Tours by reservation only. Tour tickets $10 in advance and $15 the day of the event. Trolley Tours: $35 per person, advance purchase required. Presented by the Old York Historical Society.
Sunday, June 23rd
Lobster Bake Birthday Blast on Long Sands Beach
An old-fashioned New England favorite, fabulous food, entertainment and games for all ages. Square dancing, beach golf and many surprises. Sponsored by Foster's Downeast Clambakes and Ocean National Bank.
Thursday, July 4th
Fourth on the Wharf
A Revolutionary War encampment and Colonial Crafts Fair at Old York's John Hancock Wharf. Presented by the Old York Historical Society.
Saturday, July 13th
Nubble Light Fireworks Extravaganza
A spectacular 350th birthday fireworks display! You won't want to miss this one! Sponsored by View Point.
Sunday, July 28th
Nubble Light Christmas in July
For one night only, the famous Nubble Light is lit as a prelude of more great celebrations to come! Santa Claus will arrive for the delight of children of all ages and a surprise is in store with a laser and light show.
Monday, July 29th thru August 4th
350th Anniversary York Days
A week of York's own hometown celebration with concerts, fireworks, parade and crafts. Sponsored by York's Chamber of Commerce.
Tuesday, August 13 and Wednesday, the 14th
"Circus Smirkus" under the big top
A Disney favorite! A circus under the Big Top at York School's football field. For young and old with incredible performers from 9 to 17 years old. Two shows a day, two days.

Reenactment of York's First Town Meeting
Costumed officials reenact York's first Town Meeting with a historical perspective of our town's incorporation.
