Chester W. Pugh, 86, of Weston, OH, died August 7, 1994 in Bowling Green, OH. He was a retired agent for Motorists Mutual Ins. Co. for many years. He was the former Mayor of Weston, OH, Marshall, Clerk and Treasurer for many yeas as well as being involved in many other civic activities.
He was a 60-year member of the Weston Lodge #560 F&AM. A 50-year member of Knights of Pythias, BG and many other fraternal organizations. He was very active in the Wood County Republican Party.
Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Myrtle (Lashaway) Pugh, children: Richard Chester, Phyllis Jane Murphy, John Otis and Sousan Louise Bahrs; 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
